At the First Annual EncinoFest, we'll be connecting as a comminity, enjoying local talent and entertainment, prizes for Basketball Knock-Out, with FREE snacks and food from the Stand! The event is FREE and while tickets are not required, it's preferred for faster check-in!Hosted by the Encino Neighborhood Council, you'll also discover ways to enhance neighborhood safety, enjoy Coffee & Cones with a Cop, share traffic and homeowner needs, support our parks and schools, meet the Youth Committee, and get involved in shaping Encino's future.
