We created it to Educate, Encourage and Empower women to be their best healthy selves (spirit, soul and body)!! YES - WOMEN, GRANDMOTHERS, MOTHERS, NON-MOTHERS, AUNTS, DAUGHTERS, SISTERS, SIBLINGS, YOUTH, FRIENDS, GUARDIANS, EDUCATORS, LEADERS, MENTORS AND MORE. We focus on *Reflection-Knowing Thyself, *Relationships and *Womb Wellness (hormones, gut health and more). We will have several activities and goal setting challenges where you can focus specifically on your unique selves.
