Join the CFA Color Garden for a hands-on Earth Day celebration! Help the Garden team with planting and bringing new life to our shared outdoor space. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting your hands dirty for the first time, this is a great opportunity to connect with nature, build community, and and learn about the Color Garden. All are welcome—tools and plants provided! What is the Color Garden? The Boston University College of Fine Arts (CFA) Color Garden is a student-led initiative dedicated to creating a vibrant green space for experiential learning and research. Open to students from all disciplines and the surrounding communities, the Garden fosters exploration of plants, cultural traditions, wellbeing, and sustainable practices through hands-on engagement and shared learning. Research: Investigating the role of plants and natural materials in art, design, wellbeing, and practical applications. Community: Cultivating urban space for outdoor education, promoting wellbeing, and discussions on land stewardship.
