Dirty Kitchen Series: Lumpia Wrapping Workshop We invite you to our first workshop for allgo's Dirty Kitchen Series. A monthly event for our QTBIPOC communities where we explore simple recipes and dishes to recreate at home. The term "dirty kitchen" is derived from the Filipinx culture, where food is prepared and cooked in the "outdoor" kitchen. Come join us at DAWA HQ for a hands-on lumpia wrapping workshop! Our series encourages practice more than perfection. Exploring local, cultural and fusion recipes to promote overall health and wellness for our communties. This first workshop will be led by our own La'arni Ayuma together with her partner Kristina Marquez, your vegan cookie baker. They will guide us in making our own "perfect" lumpia from scratch, whether you're a lumpia pro or a beginner. Get ready to wrap and roll.
