We’re excited to invite you to our 5th annual Earth Day Trash Pick-Up! For the past five years, our community has come together to clean up local streets, parks, and green spaces — and every year, we’re reminded just how much a few hours of effort can do. Litter might seem like a small issue, but over time it adds up - polluting our environment, harming wildlife, and making public spaces less welcoming. By showing up and pitching in, we’re making a visible impact and setting a powerful example of what community care looks like. Here’s how to join in: Date: 4/19/25 (SAT) Time: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM Meeting Spot: LA River/ Balboa Blvd (please look for yellow OVERDUE canopy and flags) Exact location: [hidden] Coordinates: 34.180083, -118.500927 What to bring: Gloves, a reusable water bottle, closed toe shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing. We’ll have trash bags, grabbers, a few extra supplies on hand. This event is casual, kid-friendly, and open to anyone who wants to help out — even if it’s just for a little while. Whether you’ve been with us since year one (we miss you!) or this is your first time, we’d love to have you there! Bring your friends and family☺️ Cancellation: We will update here at 2 HR prior to the event ONLY IF we cancel our cleanup. More Info below.
