Community Coffee Cupping

Hey all! We are hosting coffee cupping sessions at both of our locations on Thursday, April 17th.Everyone’s welcome to join. You’ll get to try some amazing coffees, courtesy of our lead roaster Alex. Together you will participate in smelling the dry fragrances of the coffee, brewing, tasting and re-tasting the coffees every few minutes. He'll discuss how flavors develop as they cool, and highlight differences based on terroir, varietal, processing, and roasting. Alex will also discuss coffee quality control (QC), buying, and key attributes to look for when buying coffee. There will also be time for open Q&A. Coffees to be tasted: Ethiopia, Ardi Guatemala, Monte Claro Guatemala, Punta del Cerro Costa Rica, Santa Lucia 10th St, Decaf & French Roast.
