Los Angeles, CA - Beginning April 20, Shirley Brasserie, located inside The Hollywood Roosevelt, debuts its Sunday Brunch Series--a new addition to the restaurant's offering that brings together thoughtful cooking, a timeless setting, and a distinctly Hollywood sense of occasion. Helmed by Chef Craig Hopson, brunch will be served Sundays from 11 AM to 4 PM, featuring a menu that balances classic comfort and lighter seasonal fare. Dishes include Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffles, and Steak Frites with Soft Eggs, alongside acai bowls, avocado toast, artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and house made pastries.
