This season, Making: Stories Without End, premieres on April 8 and takes listeners on a fascinating six-episode journey through the origins and enduring legacy of soap operas. The podcast features journalist Natalie Moore, who tells the Chicago origin story of soap operas and their enduring influence that helped shape American television as we know it today. Stories Without End explores how these dramas not only reflected cultural change but often pushed the boundaries of what audiences were ready to confront.
