Join Latino Outdoors Chicago and our friends at the Garfield Park Conservatory for an afternoon of music and flowers! We'll celebrate Black History Month and the enduring legacy of jazz music by enjoying a concert by the legendary Margaret Murphy-Webb and her band from the South Side Jazz Coalition.
