All running levels are welcome! 11:00 AM: Deep Stretch Session – Restore and unwind with a guided stretching class, ideal for all participants. 12:00 PM: Breathwork – Experience the transformative power of sound and mindful breathing to achieve deep relaxation. 1:00 PM: Sound Meditation - An immersive frequency experience to deeply relax the mind and body, cultivating a sense of peace and well-being.
