'dreams' Performance By Aydo

Dreams is an ongoing community engagement performance inspired by the traditional Korean practice of buying and selling dreams. During the performance, AYDO will invite visitors to give away a dream of their choosing and, in exchange, guests will be given a small hand-thrown porcelain bottle to take home. AYDO is an artist duo founded in 2020 by artists A young Yu and Nicholas Oh. AYDO hasexhibited and performed at venues including: Bronx Museum of the Arts, Cantor Art Center at Stanford University, Museum of Art and Design, Christie’s Inc, Canal Projects, Hub-Robeson Gallery at Penn State University, Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, ChaShaMa, Artist Alliance, AHL Foundation,Fashion Institute of Technology, Immigrant Artist Biennial, among others.
