SCP CWDA Happy Hour Come join us for a fun evening at Town and Country Resort San Diego's Monkey Bar to unwind after the first day of CWDA! Grab a drink, get a bite, and mingle with other key changemakers from all around the state. All are welcome and we encourage you to invite friends and colleagues. A Bit About Us Social Change Partners (SCP) is a mission-driven consultancy that supports public human service systems in planning, implementation, and CQI processes. We have helped dozens of California counties complete their CFSR and Cal-OAR CSA, SIP, and annual reports; Multi-Agency Juvenile Justice plans; LPC Needs Assessments; and Comprehensive Prevention Plans. We utilize research, policy analysis, and community engagement to help counties understand policy changes, develop strategic plans, improve programs, and design sustainable fiscal models. We also contract with counties to provide ongoing Technical Assistance on CalAIM implementation, CPP implementation, CFSA and Cal-OAR data and CQI processes, and community engagement.
