Glass Ceilings Inc was founded in 2023 by Erica Vargas and Angela Melpolder. As leaders in their own spaces (corporate work and business ownership) they recognized a need for more development of female leaders - but we also need community to connect and build relationships with other women in a similar space. Whether you are a seasoned leader in the corporate world, you're an entrepreneur who leads a team as you grow your business or if you're entering or trying to enter leadership roles - we want to meet you!
