In celebration of the end of summer, join us for an evening of rare and underheard music of the past reimagined alongside experimental works of the 20th- and 21st-centuries. Our repertoire will include: Meredith Monk - Change (1971) Guillaume de Machaut - Rose, liz, printemps, verdure (c. 1350) James Tenney - In a Large Open Space (1994) Anonymous - Dindirindin (c. 1500) Wadada Leo Smith - Symphony No. 3 "Summer" (2017) The concert is free and open to the public, but RSVP Required. The Philadelphia Community Orchestra (PCO) is an eclectic instrumental ensemble open to all ages and skill levels—no previous musical experience is required.
