Planning Challenges: Municipal And Public Utility Districts

The creation of MUDs has created new challenges for both City and County planners on guidance to address their roles and responsibilities. This seminar will feature a cross-section of MUD experts and practitioners, who will explain purpose, best practices, common concerns, and legal pitfalls associated with MUDs and PUDs. This event will comprise a series of presentations with a question and answer period at the end. Attendees will leave the event with a greater understanding of MUDs, best practices, solutions to common issues, and information on additional resources.
