At this meeting we will finalize the schedule for our September 29th showcase of event professionals at Cardinal Hollow Winery (possibly showcasing your party business). What is this collaboration event? Each of us invites party-related clients, our family, our friends and our siblings to enjoy a Customer Appreciation Party. This party will showcase: Your services?* food, wine, a line dance lesson & dance music, photo booth a short yoyo show, a short magic show a raffle Purpose: One purpose is to show gratitude to our clients and strengthen those relationships. A 2nd purpose: we all need photos & videos of our services in an actual party setting, with folks enjoying themselves. But we're often too busy to create these materials during our jobs. So we will throw an actual party to get actual party shots, where we have notified folks that the photos will be used in our promotions. *This showcase is limited to event businesses that attend both planning meetings, either by Zoom or in person (first Tuesday of August and first Tuesday of September, both at 7 p.m.). You may send a high-level staff member who you have delegated planning to if you cannot attend in person. Details: The showcase is free, & open to the public & our clients. It is free to you as well.* Setup of your free booth starts at noon (if you want a booth in addition to your time slot). The party starts at 2:00. You will also have a chance for a brief presentation or time with the public enjoying your services (stream it on Facebook or another platform in you like), along with making videos and photos of your services being enjoyed by the public.
