* Power Vinyasa with Julie Wetherbee *A vinyasa flow yoga class that welcomes all levels of practitioners. Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous series of postures that link breath with movement. The series of postures called a flow helps to open and cleanse your body as well as strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The class is designed to help calm, soothe and free your mind while powering your soul.Beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome. Modifications will be offered. As with all classes you are encouraged to do what you feel is comfortable and take it at your own pace.
